Chico Beach Cottages wins 2012 Builders Choice Grand Award for Single-Family Community. Only 12 Grand Awards were chosen from more than 350 entries from across the United States. Charles Wenzlau of Wenzlau Architects and Linda Pruitt of The Cottage Company were onhand at the Gala event held October 11, 2012 in Washington DC to accept the award.
