The Cottage Company is led by Linda Pruitt.

Our success is due to the talents and efforts of many individuals. Hard work, commitment to innovation, relentless attention to detail, and a hands-on approach has served to create genuine value, beautifully designed spaces and connected communities. Key partners in the process include:

Michele Pruitt, Broker, The Cottage Company.  Michele Pruitt has always had a passion for real estate.  Before entering the industry, Michele worked for Costco Wholesale for 13 years and was involved in the interior design for several Street of Dreams Homes.  Combining her strong design background and extensive knowledge of the greater Seattle area, Michele is able to use her intuition, diligence and genuine concern for clients to create a positive experience for either side of a real estate transaction.  As a Seattle area native, Michele loves the Pacific Northwest and has enjoyed living on the Eastside for more than 15 years.  You can often find Michele on the slopes, cycling, gardening and spending time with her husband and two wonderful daughters.  Contact Michele directly at michele@cottagecompany.com to discuss your real estate needs.

Ross Chapin Architects is an award-winning firm based on Whidbey Island, Washington, known for designing wonderfully scaled and richly detailed buildings and gardens that are both functional and beautiful. Their work shows that neighborhoods, buildings and outdoor spaces can be alive and vibrant, authentic and soulful. They strive to create places that nourish the individual, support positive family relationships, and foster a strong sense of community. Ross Chapin Architects has designed a number of Cottage Company communities including Third Street Cottages, Greenwood Avenue Cottages, Danielson Grove & Conover Commons.

Wenzlau Architects, established in 1996 is based on Bainbridge Island, Washington. Firm principal Charles Wenzlau has been in practice for over twenty years and has a background in landscape architecture, neighborhood design, real estate development and affordable housing. Charlie has extensive experience working with a variety of housing and building types, from the scale of single family residences to mixed use projects and neighborhood planning. He has consulted throughout the Northwest on a variety of town planning projects and has served as adjunct faculty at the University of Washington. Wenzlau Architects worked with the Cottage Company to design Ericksen Cottages, Chico Beach Cottages and upcoming Brentwood Beach Cottages.

Triad Associates (now David Evans Associates) Woodinville, Washington-based Triad Associates is a land development consulting company offering land use planning, site design, landscape architecture, project management, civil engineering and surveying services. Our experience spans more than three decades of service to both public- and private-sector clients all around the Pacific Northwest.

Triad is proud to have been a "smart partner" with The Cottage Company on their Danielson Grove and Conover Commons communities.

City Garden Services and its proprietor, Todd Paul, have brought garden color and unique design to Pacific Northwest homeowners for over 25 years. We blend the art and science of good garden practices to create lush, colorful, all-season gardens in large spaces or small. Our goal is to use the beauty of a garden to reconnect people with the love of nature. The City Garden Services team has worked with The Cottage Company and been instrumental in creating the award-winning gardens at the Danielson Grove, Conover Commons and Chico Beach Cottages communities.
