The community is served by bus rapid transit to the University of Washington and downtown Seattle’s urban center for a quick work commute. Cottage homes in this community were completed and sold out in 2018. Original Prices were $994,500 and $998,000. The most recent resale closed in December 2021 at $1,450,000.
